Radiant Rue ("we", "our", "the app") is a salon management dashboard that helps salon owners and staff track daily services, revenue, and attendance. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

The app collects and processes the following data, all provided directly by you:

• Staff profile — name and role (staff or admin), used for login
• Service records — service amounts, payment type (cash or online), and entry type (service, tip, or product expense)
• Attendance — clock-in and clock-out timestamps
• PIN code — a 4-digit PIN used for app login

The app does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, location, files, or any other device data.

3. How We Store Your Data

• Cloud database — data is stored in Supabase (a secure, hosted PostgreSQL database) to enable multi-device access and backup
• On-device storage — session data (login state) is stored locally using AsyncStorage

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Display your daily service entries and revenue summaries
• Track staff attendance (clock-in/clock-out)
• Generate performance reports for the salon owner

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — cloud database and authentication (Supabase Privacy Policy)
• Expo — app framework and delivery (Expo Privacy Policy)

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted to cloud services, and row-level security policies on our database to ensure staff can only access their own records.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you use the app. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Clearing the app's storage from your device settings
• Uninstalling the app
• Requesting deletion by contacting us at the email below

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
